Diesel generator set is a high-speed rotating equipment, before the use of operation, it must be correctly installed to ensure the stable, reliable, economic and reasonable normal operation of the unit, therefore, the installation should be given enough attention, the following describes its installation steps and attention to the same topic.

(1) Preparation for unit installation

(1) Handling of the unit. Units and other electrical equipment generally have packing boxes, in the handling should pay attention to the lifting of the cable ligation in the appropriate part, light light. When the unit is transported to the destination, the storage conditions should be placed in the warehouse. If there is no warehouse to be stored in the open, the box should be padded high to prevent rain erosion, and the box should be covered with rainproof tarpaulin to prevent sun and rain damage to the equipment. Due to the large and heavy volume of the unit, the transportation route should be considered before installation, and proper transportation holes should be reserved in the equipment room. If the doors and Windows are not large enough, large handling holes can be set aside in the positions of the doors and Windows, and then repair the brick wall and install the doors and Windows after the unit is moved in.

(2) Unpack. Clean the dust and soil on the box before unpacking, and check whether the box is damaged, and verify the box number and quantity. Be careful not to damage the parts when unpacking. The unpacking sequence generally starts from the top plate, and after the top plate is opened, it is clear whether it is a part ready to be taken out. Then remove other boxes. If it is difficult to remove the top plate, remove several boxes in an appropriate place and observe clearly before unpacking.

Check all units and accessories according to unit list and packing list.

Check whether the main dimensions of the unit and accessories are in accordance with the drawings.

Check the unit and accessories for damage and corrosion.

If the unit cannot be installed immediately after inspection, the finishing surface of the disassembled parts should be recoated with anti-rust oil and properly protected. For the rotating and sliding parts of the unit, do not turn until the anti-rust oil has been removed. If the anti-rust oil has been removed due to the inspection, the anti-rust oil should be reapplied after the inspection.

The unit should pay attention to storage after unpacking, place flat, flanges and various interfaces must be covered and bandaged to prevent rain and ash sand intrusion.

(3) Line positioning. In accordance with the dimensions of the relationship between each unit and the center of the wall or column marked by the plane layout, the vertical and horizontal reference lines of the installation site of the unit are defined. The tolerance between the center wall and column of the unit is 20mm, and the tolerance between the unit and the unit is 10mm.

(4) Familiar with the equipment. Check the equipment, understand the design content, understand the construction drawings, refer to the manual. Prepare materials according to the required materials on the design drawing, and then send the materials to the site according to the sequence of the construction organization plan. If there is no design drawing, it should be based on the equipment specification, the use and installation requirements of the equipment, and consider the water source, power supply, maintenance and use to determine the size and position of the civil plane, and draw the unit layout plan.

(5) Prepare lifting equipment and installation tools.

(2) Installation of the unit

(1) Measure the vertical and horizontal center lines of the foundation and the unit before the unit is in place, find out the vertical and horizontal center lines and shock absorber positioning lines of the foundation and the unit according to the drawing "payout".

(2) When hoisting the hoisting unit, the steel wire rope with sufficient strength is used in the lifting part of the unit (it is not allowed to touch the oil pipe and the watch box on the shaft). Lift the unit according to the technical installation procedures of lifting, align the shock absorber on the base center line, lift the machine line and pad it flat.

(3) Unit leveling For vertical or six-cylinder diesel engines, the cylinder cover is opened, and the level is placed on the upper end face of the cylinder (that is, the processing datum) for inspection; For four - and eight-cylinder diesel engines, the flywheel datum surface or the crankshaft extension end is used for inspection. Use the pad iron to level. Installation accuracy is vertical and horizontal deviation of 0 ~ 1mm/m. Of course, the higher the accuracy, the better, the cushion iron and the base of the machine can not be separated, so that the force is uniform.
