2. Storage and custody when not in use for a long time

1. Carry out projects that will not be used in the short term

2, clear the unit surface layer of stolen goods, with compressed air to clean the unit inside, the generator is full of desiccant, with thick paper to cover the generator end of all ventilation covered, and with rope.

3, the machine filter, air filter and other oil put clean

4. Inject 100~200g oil into each cylinder from the exhaust manifold, turn the crankshaft dozens of times, so that the oil is evenly distributed in the cylinder, and make the piston at the top dead center of compression

5. Remove the valve chamber cover and lubricate the valve structure with dehydrator oil

6, the exhaust port, air filter, fuel tank vent, low temperature starting device smoke outlet, etc., wrapped in oil paper;

7, the diesel engine, generator, coupling port, bottom frame and all parts of the generator, tools, accessories and other metal surface with detergent scrub clean, the necessary place with butter

8, shake the crankshaft 1~2 times a month, after each shake should make the piston in the compression top dead center.
