The simple maintenance method is to let the generator start once a month in the state of no power failure, run for 3-5 minutes, then empty the fuel, and finally cover the generator with a dust cloth. One: Battery

If the mobile generator set does not run for a long time, the battery will occur what we commonly call "electricity running" phenomenon, the electrolyte moisture volatilization can not be timely supplemented, the battery capacity is reduced, resulting in power loss, long time so it will damage the battery, reduce the service life of the battery, so even if the generator is not used for a long time, regular maintenance of the battery is also very important. Only in this way can we ensure that the generator can normally ignite in emergencies.

Two: oil

The role of oil is to lubricate the various parts of the generator, if it is the first time to use the new machine, it is necessary to replace the oil in 50 hours, because the new machine is run in, the oil consumption is fast, and it is easy to dirty. The time of the second oil change is delayed to 100 hours, and so on to adhere to about 2 years. And the oil is not suitable for a long time storage, otherwise chemical effects will occur, in serious cases will damage the machine.

Three: The filter

During the operation of the generator set, the filter plays the main effect, but if the impurities and oil on the filter are too much and not cleaned up in time, these oil and impurities will accumulate on the screen wall and lead to the filter effect of the filter is reduced, if the accumulation is too much, the oil circuit will not be dredged, resulting in the normal use of the generator. Therefore, the machine must be cleaned after using the nozzle, air filter and other parts.
